Kayak Clean Up at Walnut Creek Lake

Wildlife thrive in clean and healthy spaces, and people do too! Join Nebraska Game & Parks outdoor educators for a night of service to our local waters and wildlife while kayaking.


We will be providing trash bags & gloves for all those interested in helping to clean up trash while on the water. We will meet at the boat ramp and dock area on the West side of the lake down Turkey Road. On google maps it is identified as Walnut Creek Recreation Area.


Safety and basic instruction will be given at the beginning of the event. You will be emailed prior to the event to confirm your registration and any needed details.


This event is free and we welcome you to either borrow a kayak or bring your own! Due to limited kayak supply, we do require registration.
