Dementia Support Group

The Senior Enrichment Center hosts a Dementia Support Group on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. This group provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals with dementia, their caregivers, family members, and friends. Participants can share experiences, discuss challenges, and exchange coping strategies, fostering community and mutual understanding. The sessions often include discussions led by experienced facilitators, guest speakers, and information on local resources, aiming to enhance the quality of life for those affected by dementia.
