Join the Sam Houston Memorial Museum and Republic of Texas Presidential Library this summer for Saturday Spotlights. Every Saturday, from June 14 – July 26, museum staff will be on the museum grounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a variety of programs for visitors to learn about life in the 19th century.
During this holiday weekend, come learn about the military drills used by Sam Houston to train the Texian army.
