In “Average Perfect Life,” you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation designed to help you visualize your ideal, yet realistic everyday life—one rooted in joy, alignment, and meaning. From this centered space, you’ll move into an intuitive painting session where you’ll give form to what surfaced. What does your best daily routine look like? What emotions or desires rise when you imagine a life that feels whole, peaceful, and truly yours?
We’ll be using acrylic paints and mixed media paper. No art experience is necessary—just bring a bottle of water and a willingness to explore.
