If you love the beach, you probably have a collection of shells that you donβt know what to do with. Why not turn them into a beautiful piece of art?
In this three-hour workshop, local artist Kim Brown will show you how to create a beautiful 12β round mosaic. Each participant will receive a 3β- 4β starfish to use as a focal point in the design. All other materials are provided as well, so bringing your own shells is not required (but they do make the piece more special). If you bring your own shells, choose those that are not too big (1β-3β shells work well), and donβt avoid broken or barnacle-y shells; they often have the most character!
No artistic talent is necessary!
*Please note that every mosaic will be different; you will not be making an exact replica of the one in the workshop photo.

By completing this registration, you confirm that you accept and understand the following:
Β· When engaging in any craft or art project, you may be using tools and materials such as glue and heat guns, kraft knives, glass, shells, and chemicals (this list is representative, not all-inclusive and other tools and materials may be used). By completing this registration and payment, you agree to knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury or harm, both known and unknown, even if arising from the environment or negligence of the property owner, instructor, or other and you assume full responsibility and risk for your participation.
Β· Any special needs seating or other arrangements must be requested in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
If you are registering for more than just yourself, you must make your guest aware of all the information included in this registration.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a credit toward another class by Kim Brown of Ocean Echo's, if notified of cancellation at least one week prior to the class date. No shows will not be credited or refunded.
