We're taking our morning strength classes out to the park over looking the lake.

The first week of each month (and the last week of May) we'll be taking our 5:30 & 6:30a strength classes outside.

- Wednesday May 28th strength: arms & abs
- Friday June 6th strength: full body
- Monday June 30th strength: legs & core
- Wednesday August 6th: arms & abs
- Friday September 5th

Weather is always permitting. If it doesn't we'll take inside.
