Join the City of Aurora as we celebrate Independence Day by living up to our "City of Lights" name with a spectacular fireworks display on the evening of Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, in downtown Aurora!

Best viewing is available at the Aurora Transportation Center and McCullough Park. Food Trucks and DJ's will be at both locations

Aurora Transportation Center (233 N Broadway Ave, Aurora IL 60505)
DJ Suave Smooth will be spinning at The Aurora Transportation Center from 6:00 PM - 9:45 PM.

McCullough Park (150 W Illinois Ave, Aurora, IL 60506)
DJ Pena will be spinning at McCullough Park from 6:00 PM - 9:45 PM.


🇺🇸 PARADE

The City of Aurora's Annual 4th of July Parade will step-off at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025, in downtown Aurora!

Route: The Parade will begin at the intersection of Benton St. and Broadway St. March north on Broadway St. (Rt. 25) to Downer Pl. March west on Downer Pl. to Middle Ave. where the Parade will conclude

The Reviewing Stand will be placed in front of the David L. Pierce Art and History Center, located at 20 East Downer Place, for best viewing.
