Wellbeing In Nature - Taster Session

Spend a day connecting with nature whilst learning techniques to help manage your own wellbeing. Activities will include use of hammocks, mindfulness, woodland skills, nature art and natural crafts.

This is a 'taster session' funded and hosted by The Big Skill, if there is enough interest it may lead on to a longer Wellbeing In Nature programme.

Course fees are a minimum of £5 donation for the day.
