Take a deep breath and unwind with us in this calming combination of Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation.

This workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and giving your body and mind some well-deserved care. We'll start with a gentle Yin Yoga session - think long, supported stretches that release deep tension and help you reconnect with your body.

Then, melt into stillness with a soothing Sound Bath. The vibrations of crystal bowls and calming tones will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind and restore your energy.

No matter your experience level, this is your space to breathe, let go, and recharge from the inside out.

Mats and blankets are provided - just bring yourself and an open heart.
