Hailing from the port city of Mobile, AL, Maud Lane pride themselves in being the area’s (soon, the world’s) premier music act. The group is formed at its core by the three Morris brothers – Ben, Matthew, and Micah – with longtime friend Kenneth Smith rounding off the quartet. Inspired and influenced by the Grunge bands of the northwest and the Post Punk revival of the northeast, the band bridges the world of Seattle basements and New York dance halls in a unique blend of Alternative Rock – with a hint of their Southern upbringing garnishing the cocktail. Their music is, in short, what the experts call “a good time.”
