WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?



Everybody above the age of 14.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?



This is a shamanic fire ritual in celebration of the sun.

We celebrate the spirit of summer while calling health and new vital energy into our lives.

We build a sacred fire and honor it by playing music, singing and make offerings,

to the spirit guardian of the land, our ancestors and the spirit of the fire.

WHAT TO WEAR?



Dress warm and comfortable.

Women wear a long dress or skirt.

Everybody cover their heads with a scarf or similar.

Amulets must be worn if you have.



Furthermore you are welcome to bring personal objects.

These can be placed around the fire and charged with the energy of the ceremony.

WHAT TO BRING?



If possible, bring “White foods” for the fire;

Butter, Ghee, Cream, Sour milk, Milk, Yoghurt, Cakes, Sweets, Sheep meat, Buns & Biscuits.



If you have, please bring a shamanic drum, bells & other instruments.
