In the fifth of our seminar series Modern Art Projects Blue Mountains (MAPBM) is very pleased to present "AI and me" with Ian Milliss at RoseyRavelston Books, 1 Badgery Crescent Lawson at 6:00pm on Wednesday 25 June 2025
"I'll be talking about several projects I'm working on using AI to both research and generate material. I have been interested in data visualisation for decades and I even edited an issue of the art magazine Artlink in 2017 devoted to data visualisation. I have had a several ideas I have been working on for years that are only now becoming technically feasible as AI becomes both cheap and powerful enough to carry them out. They involve robots, UBI, electoral reform, Cementa, and China. All will be revealed on the night." – Ian Milliss
This session is open to the public as well as MAPBM Members, but book early as places are limited. This session will be relevant to all artists and performers interested in using AI in any aspect of their creative practice.
