Ravens Nest Productions and the Sturgis Buffalo Chip present the CHIP N’ IN Tattoo Contest, happening Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the 85th Anniversary of the legendary Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
The contest takes place inside The Big Engine Bar at The Crossroads at The Buffalo Chip and is open to the public. Whether you're a tattoo enthusiast or just love great body art, watching is free.
Hosted by the iconic Riki Rachtman, the event also marks 15 years of the Buffalo Chip Tattoo Café, celebrating the powerful bond between tattoo culture and the Sturgis Rally.
An all-star panel of judges includes:
● Durb Morrison
● Mario Barth
● Zachary “Fireball” Gibson (X ROCK)
● with more to be announced!
How to Enter:
Participants can register in advance at ravensnestlive.com from now until July 31st with a $15 entry fee per category. Or on-site at the Ravens Nest Productions Pop-Up Tent at The Crossroads, August 1–3, with a $20 entry fee per category. Registration closes at 12:00 PM on event day.
