Join us for a Senior Social Special Event with Kelly Krenzel, Founder and Executive Director of Hope Blooms. Learn more about this budding nonprofit that repurposes donated flowers by rearranging them into beautiful bedside bouquets and delivering them to community members in need, all with one message: you matter. Hope Blooms nurtures the social and emotional well-being of individuals experiencing isolation, loneliness, and hardship. The organization serves seniors in hospice care, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, assisted living and memory care centers, as well as partnering with area nonprofits to serve community shelters, food pantries, supportive housing, women's facilities, recovery centers, cancer centers and mental health facilities. Through the creation of meaningful connections, individuals are empowered to feel a sense of belonging within the community. This informational presentation is free-of-charge, and refreshments will be provided.
