Our Founders Day Salmon Bake is the best this side of the Mississippi!
Our salmon is the freshest in town, flown in just for this event! The salmon is grilled and smoked to perfection over cherrywood (some of the wood is from the old orchards of Pleasant View). It’s lip smacking good and so tasty, it will knock your socks off!
While you eat in the shade of our gorgeous Shady Lane Park, the Hales Family Fiddlers will be fiddling and picking and playing some amazing music for all to enjoy!

(If you don’t care for salmon, that is okay, we have a tasty hot dog plate available too)
