Please join us at the inaugural Kirkland-Clinton Repair Cafe on June 14 from 10 - 12 at St. James Episcopal Church!
Do you have a lamp that won't turn on? A coat with a broken zipper? A chair with a broken arm rest? A bicycle with a frozen chain? Bring your tired and broken items to the Kirkland-Clinton Repair Cafe and give them a new life! Our skilled volunteers will work with you to repair small appliances, clothing, electronics, furniture, ceramics, bicycles and similar items and save them from the landfill. Our goal is to reduce waste, increase sustainability, and save you money by putting those broken items back to use!
Just bring yourself and your item to be repaired to the St James Episcopal Church at 9 Williams Street in Clinton. The event is free, but donations are welcome.
Sponsored by the Kirkland-Clinton Climate Smart Community Task Force, the St James Episcopal Church, and the Village of Clinton.
