Gentle Flow Yoga with Pam

Come enjoy Gentle Flow Yoga at the Marina with Pam. We will be at the Clubhouse. Bring a mat if you have one. We will bring some extras for those that don’t have one. Public guests are welcome. Class fees are by donation only. Suggested fee is $10-15. Guests can pay cash or card. Fees go towards the instructor, facilities and supplies. When weather permits we may move outside.
