Grounded: Practices for faithful living (Session B)

The world is changing faster than we can comprehend, and as the systems and institutions that we used to depend upon start to unravel, it can feel overwhelming to try to manage it all, not to mention survive and thrive.
In this 4-session study we will discuss what it takes to cultivate spiritual resilience, emotional honesty, and ecological kinship.
Each session will focus on a spiritual capacity that helps us live grounded in the midst of turmoil and cultural change.
There are two sessions, one offered Sunday mornings and the other on Tuesday evenings. You are welcome to attend whichever session works for you that week, and you need not attend all weeks, so come when you are able and gather with us as we learn what it takes to stay grounded in an unstable and shifting world.
