The next Dinner by Despo will be "Where's The Beef Night". Cost is $100 per person, which doesn't include beverages, tip or tax. You can reserve a spot by stopping by the Simple Man or giving us a call at (978)-365-1949. You can also reach out to Despo or Susie directly if you know them. Here is the menu:
1st Course: Steak Tartare - Classic French dish of finely chopped and seasoned raw beef. Served with diced onions, capers, cornichons, leafy parsley, chives, crisp buttered toast and quail egg yolk.
2nd Course: Beef Souvlaki - Marinated tender cubes of beef, grilled on a skewer. Served with tzatziki.
3rd Course: Southwest Beef Caesar - Charred skirt steak over a grilled Romaine heart with a tangy dressing, roasted corn, avocado, red roasted peppers, cherry tomato and crunchy croutons.
4th Course: Wagu Filet Mignon: Six ounce filet with creamy whipped Yukon gold potatoes, topped with herb demi butter.
Dessert: Warm Chocolate Cake: Served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
