Paddleboard Yoga at Melton Lake Park
Take your practice to the water! We will host two classes in August the 9th and 23rd at 11:30am at Melton Lake Park. Challenge your balance, focus, and core strength and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. Join us for an unforgettable adventure on the water! This class is open to all levels – if you aren’t afraid to get wet, we would love to have you!
We will be meeting at Melton Lake Park near the stairs that lead to the water. Don’t have a paddleboard no problem. Adventure Outdoor Center is located next to the Oak Ridge Rowing Association and offers rentals. They have up to 10 boards available. Make sure to reserve yours before signing up for class.
