On July 31st, we invite you to step away from the chaos and noise of the world and enter the quiet majesty of the cave, a space where the silence echoes wisdom and the Earth embraces your journey.

We are deeply honored to host three gifted Burmese monks, devoted teachers whose presence radiates peace, humility, and ancient insight. Their guidance in meditation and mindfulness will lead us through an inward journey into the sacred space of the self.

This is more than a just a meditation session. It is a ceremony of breath, a gathering of hearts, and a moment to return to what truly matters.
