This circle is all about creating a cozy, inclusive space to rest, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself, your energy, and a beautiful community. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and then flow into group energy work. No experience needed. Just bring your heart, exactly as it is.
We gather at 10 AM on Sunday June 29th this month, and if you’re feeling called, brunch at the Ale House next door is always a sweet option before or after.
Come with your light or your weariness, we’re here for it all.
