Class Dates: September 17, 24, and October 1, 8 and 15, 2025

Are you seeking kindness and acceptance in your relationships as you authentically express your views, feelings, and needs?

Are you wanting to be able to listen deeply with genuine understanding to difficult messages, i.e., the other’s pain or seemingly critical comments?

At its heart, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) grounds us in self-compassion and compassionate acceptance of others without condoning behavior. With this grounding, we can be present and connect with others.

In this five-session class, you will learn the four-step process that promotes more connection in our everyday work and family lives. It helps us stay self-connected and other-connected when we or they feel angry, overwhelmed, anxious, or sad.

Classes 1 - 3 include formal presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises. Classes 4 - 5 are devoted to bringing what you’re learning to daily life.

To fully benefit from this class, we recommend you read completely:

“Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life,” by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD

Christine brings over 50 years of experience as a psychotherapist and 25 years of practicing NVC to her teaching. She sees NVC as a spiritual practice.

FEE: $125 per person. Pre-registration is required. Class dates: Sept. 17, 24, October 1, 8 and 15, 2025.

**Two names will be required when filling the reservation
