YOUTH Self Defense/ Boxing and Kickboxing Classes

the week of July 21st. M-F daily from 12:30-5:30. held at the Turkey Creek Church Fellowship Hall in the youth room on Capps Road. Must register! call with questions 828-577-3724. 350.00 for the week. 70.00 a day. there is a mixture of sessions including Awareness, Boxing, Kickboxing and Self Defense grabs and holds, inside and outside. it's a great time to learn, practice while making friends and having fun. It's a Defense motavated class to protect yourself and others from harm.
