Sun Salutations & FLOW | Solstice Gathering

We will begin with a peaceful walk on the Devil’s River Trail—honoring the sun—followed by a 60-minute Summer Solstice Yoga Flow, including guided breathwork, intention setting, sun salutations, heart openers, and grounding, cooling poses. The practice will close with deep stretching and savasana.

We will wind down with an intention-setting visualization and meditation, and optional journaling—

Followed with a social gathering while enjoying seasonal Ayurvedic-inspired foods.

Please wear warm and comfortable clothing, and bring comfortable walking shoes. We will be both outdoors and indoors for portions of this event.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, journal/paper, pen/pencil
Optional: blanket, bolster/pillow, eye pillow or mask
