The library welcomes teaching artist Linda Majewski for a special 8 session class on paper quilling. Join us on a creative journey and discover the beautiful art of paper quilling. Learn how to coil, shape, and arrange paper strips into eye-catching designs. You’ll start with simple projects and progress to more complex techniques as your skills grow. Tailored for adults with little or no quilling experience, this class promises to be a fun and enriching experience. You’ll get to know your fellow learners in a supportive and encouraging environment as you gain new skills, share ideas, and explore your creativity. Our journey will culminate with an exhibition and artist reception, where friends and family are invited to see what you’ve accomplished. This course is offered free of charge; all tools and materials are provided.
This is part of the Delaware Division of the Arts Creative Aging program and is open to ages 55+. Registration is required and limited to 12 students.
