Sink or Sing Walking Tours

Join us for a walk along the Hudson River and around the edges of the Sing Sing Correctional Facility. Learn about the building of the 1825 original cell block, the quarrying of Sing Sing marble, and the origin of the US penal philosophy and design. We will also discuss the labor that built this place, products developed here, and some innovative examples of reform and rehabilitation. This tour offers some dark history in a stunningly beautiful place. Tours will take place rain or shine.
