Come join us on Saturday, September 27th from 3–5pm at Verona Vineyards for an afternoon of good bread, good wine, and hands-on learning. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to troubleshoot and fine-tune your loaves, this workshop is designed to walk you through the entire process—from starter care to a beautifully baked loaf.
You’ll learn:
• How to maintain and troubleshoot your sourdough starter
• The stretch-and-fold technique to develop gluten without kneading
• How to shape and proof your dough for success
• Scoring, baking, and achieving that perfect crust
• Plus, you’ll take home your very own active starter so you can begin baking right away!
We’ll meet in the cozy setting of Verona Vineyards in Verona, KY, and yes—there will be wine available 🍷 Come with your questions, bring a friend, and get ready for an inspiring (and delicious!) afternoon.
