Our dear friend Danielle was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and bravely underwent a double mastectomy. While she’s now home recovering, she continues to face complications and an uncertain road ahead - additional surgeries and treatments are still to come.
But Danielle is more than her diagnosis. She’s a devoted single mom to her son, Santino, and a woman who has always put her son and others first. She is strong, compassionate, resilient, and an amazing friend to everyone she meets. So now it’s our turn to lift her up.
On top of the emotional and physical challenges, Danielle is carrying a financial burden, as she is unable to work and is facing uncovered medical costs.
