Join us for a 2 hour friday evening meditative practice to calm and reset the nervous system. We will be focusing on slow, mindful movements, encorporating specific techniques for the vagus nerve. Also using various breathing exercises, tapping with acupressure and restorative yoga.
The aim of the evening is to cultivate peace and presence within our body, mind, soul connection and bring calm to our nervous system.
