We will go trough the process of making kimchi from scratch, discuss the process and taste different kimchi's

Kimchi is a staple side dish in Korean cuisine, made from fermented vegetables, typically napa cabbage or Korean radish, and seasoned with a variety of spices and ingredients. It's a highly popular dish, both in Korea and increasingly so in the West, known for its unique flavor profile and potential health benefits.

Nozomi is a passionate food enthusiast and fermentation geek, inspired by the transformative power of food. With a background in traditional Japanese cuisine, experience from ecovillages and cooking for retreats and festivals, she is passionate about clean and healthy food, sustainable food experiences and community.

She runs Gryta Rundt, an initiative that creates nutritious and tasty meals based on surplus food from stores, and Frænd, a café and catering business where immigrants have the opportunity for work and language training in a warm and inclusive environment.
