06/22/25: Third Eye Chakra Workshop at Stephanie Locchetta Art

A self-love and sound bath experience centered around the third eye chakra can be a deeply grounding and transformative practice. Is your third eye chakra overactive? balanced? underactive? You will walk away with a new understanding of your third eye chakra and learn tools to use at home and how to repattern it.



The combination of creative expression, sound and creative energy can be a powerful way to nurture and balance your third eye chakra, cultivating a sense of self-love.

~Tea, Journaling and Burn n Release Exercise

When: June 22nd 6:00-8:00 pm

Where: Stephanie Locchetta Art 1 Mill Street Cambridge, WI

Included: All art materials, guided creative expression, heart chakra education, tea, a stone, 30 minute sound bath and circle.

Cost: $45 per person

LIMIT: 6 people



Available to use: Blankets and yoga mats

To Bring: Anything to be cozy during the sound bath: your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, journal
