Sunset Sound bath with the Herd

Horses possess special ability to sense and support us humans. This can show up as we are meditating, processing, healing and just being in a state of calm.
Join us at Kindred Spirits for a short meditation and 45 minute Sound bath Session amongst the herd of 7.
Kindred Spirits yard allows their horses to live as naturally as possible-so we don’t shoe our horses, they’re not worked or ridden- they’re free to choose. As a result, the horses may or may not choose to be active participants in the Sound bath. Some may stand close or lie down nearby if they feel safe, others may watch from a distance and some may not wish to partake.
You will be required to listen to a safety briefing before the evening begins and herd caretakers will be present for safety and wellbeing of all involved.
Please bring a mat, pillow and any items for your comfort.
This event is not suitable for small children.
