So, What is a spoken Word Mic Club?
A place where people can share sketches, poetry, comedy routines, short stories β anything theyβd written in small, friendly, mutually encouraging, and gentle environments where everyone is heard with kindness and affirmation, whether just starting to write and sharing out loud something for the first time, or have had their work frequently published.
You can of course go along and simply listen and enjoy without having to read any of your work out, and just enjoy listening to other peopleβs reflections.
