Sleep Well: A free course | Tips & Tricks for wellbeing

It is estimated that approximately 16 million adults have issues with sleep in the UK. Therefore, this is an issue that affects so many of us. These sessions aim to look at sleep, why it’s important for wellbeing and provides tips and tricks to try and help aid a better night’s sleep.

Wednesday 25th June & 2nd July a two week course, 10am-12.30pm.

This is a free, two week course delivered at St Laurence's Wellness Hub, inside St Laurence's Church, by Lancashire Adult Learning,

It is held in a downstairs room, with refreshments provided.
