Overview:
Join us for a friendly and accessible Mindfulness for Beginners course, specially designed to help you reduce stress, improve focus, and feel more present in everyday life. Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or just looking to build a stronger foundation, this course offers simple, practical tools you can start using straight away.
What to Expect:
Six weekly sessions exploring the foundations of mindfulness
Guided practices including breathing techniques, body awareness, and gentle movement
Supportive group environment with time to reflect and share (optional)
Take-home resources to help build your personal mindfulness routine
Space for curiosity, kindness, and self-discovery
No special equipment or experience is needed, and the course is suitable for all abilities. We welcome adults of all ages, including those with limited mobility or neurodivergence.

Daytime Group: Starts Tuesday 22nd July 2025, 12:00am–2:00pm
Evening Group: Starts Thursday 24th July 2025, 6:00pm–8:00pm
You’ll attend once a week for six weeks on your chosen day/time.
