Take a relaxed stroll along the banks of our beautiful Lake Joondalup with Nyungar artist and community leader Justin from Djurandi Dreaming.
Look for bush tucker, animals, insects, learn about the seasons and how they change the environment, and discover the importance of spiritual acknowledgement for Nyungar people.

Justin Martin and his family started Djurandi Dreaming in 2017 aiming to deliver an exciting cultural experience to the local people of Perth and visitors to Western Australia. Their goal was to share cultural awareness and education with all tour participants.
Djurandi Dreaming tours are designed around the culture of the traditional Nyungar people of the south-west of Australia.

โพ Your walk will begin at the Neil Hawkins Park jetty. This is where youโll meet Justin, your guide.
โพ This event is designed to be casual and relaxed. You wonโt need any special gear โ just a pair of comfy sneakers will be suitable.
โพ The total distance covered will be around 1.5km.
โพ The route will follow the Yaberoo Budjara Heritage Trail, a paved path suitable for wheelchairs.
โพ Come prepared for the weather โ you might need to bring a raincoat, warm jacket or wide-brimmed hat depending on the forecast.
โพ There is a water fountain in Neil Hawkins Park so you can fill up your bottle before you head off.
โพ Neil Hawkins Park features ample free parking off Boas Ave, including ACROD bays.
