Join us at the Triumph factory on Wednesday 30 July from 5:30pm for an insightful evening talk by Ace Cafe Director Mark Wilsmore, who will be bringing to life the history and culture of the legendary Ace Cafe.

Former Metropolitan Police Officer Mark will talk about early influences of bikes and rock n’ roll music, that began his lifelong love affair with the culture, clothes, music and the myths that surround them, making his knowledge and attention to detail legendary.

Mark will cover his vision that brought the iconic Ace Cafe back from dereliction to the point where it is today, with world famous status.

Reminiscing on the glory days of the British Motorcycle Industry and the rock n’ roll scene, through to the first Ace Cafe Reunion in 1994, that was driven by his passion to mark the Ace Cafe’s closure in 1969. Attended by 12,000 people it became an annual event that has been held ever since.

This is an informal evening that is free to attend. Doors open at 5:30pm with talk starting at 6pm.

Our 1902 Café and exhibition will be open throughout for you to enjoy.
