Come and join Jayne's NEW ‘Move it or Lose it’ class in Tansley Village Hall on Fridays at 11-11:45 am and Mondays at 2-2:45 pm
'Move it or Lose it' is a fun and friendly fitness class for the over 60s which has been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength. All exercises can be done seated, with chair support, or standing - depending on your ability.
You’ll enjoy great music and meet new friends, whilst helping yourself to stay active and independent for longer!
Move more, feel better, and live life to the fullest!
The cost is £6 per person. If you are new, your first class is free!
