We're offering a FREE Intro to Trail Running session for anyone who's looking to either hit the trails for the first time, or would just like to learn more about trail running and all it has to offer.
You'll be joined on the trails by Tom, an experienced ultra and trail runner, as well as a Salomon sponsored ambassador, who will give you expert coaching and advice.
You'll leave the session with the confidence that you need to head out and tackle the trails on your own.
The session will be based in the Fynn Valley, located just outside of the county town of Ipswich.
