Ladies of Stoneclough, Whitworth, Radcliffe, Bolton and surrounding areas, we warmly invite you to join us for a fabulous evening of learning tips to have give ourselves some Xtra Special Care.
Our guest speaker will be Rachel Jacobson
Date: Tuesday 24th June 2025
Time: 7pm - 0pm
Venue: The home of Beccy Jones, 1 Scott Street, M26 1EX
Cost: £10 includes refreshments
Rachel Jacobson is a holistic therapist, writer, and space-holder who knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and what it means to begin again.
Having been through depression and anorexia, Rachel now lives in a way that feels rooted, embodied, and emotionally free. She’s a trauma-informed practitioner trained in advanced energy medicine, conscious connected breathwork, and a range of complementary therapies.
Rachel’s work is grounded in lived experience, deep listening, and nervous system awareness. Her passion is helping women who’ve always struggled feel a little safer, more connected, and more at home in their own lives.
She finds joy in writing, cooking, gardening, and walking through wild places with her dog.
At this Infinite Women session, Rachel will share simple techniques that anyone can use straight away to feel more grounded and relaxed, to be less anxious and overwhelmed, to sleep better and have more energy, and to move through life’s struggles with more ease.
Simple and effective self-care that doesn’t take long, doesn’t need a lot of effort and really helps.
