A collaborative day at Juniper Huts, an off grid space close to Thorness Bay in Gurnard. Movement specialist Caroline Harrison, and I will guide a small group of women through a day of movement and mark making. A time to find space and flow into creativity. Time to stretch out your edges and enjoy softly rebelling against the routines of the everyday.
We'll begin the day with a walk to Thorness Bay and a mark making session on this wild beach (optional sea dip for those that are up for that to shift mood and elevate the senses).
The afternoon movement session will be improvisation based. Clearly guided but with no prescriptive exercises - simply time to explore your own movement leading into small group dynamics.
Throughtout the day there will be delicious and highly nutritious plant based food cooked on site by the gorgeous Emily Deary who owns the land and is the author of the Vegan Build cookbook. Hot beverages, snacks, lunch and supper will all be included.
