Join Davina for a group EFT tapping session around a range of subjects to support your emotional and mental wellbeing.
On July 12th we will do some tapping to move through and release grief. I'll be leading a small group of no more than 40 people through some tapping to help with loss.
This may be loss of a loved one, loss of health, or any sense of loss you may be feeling.
EFT tapping is a gentle way to process feelings and emotions through the body. By giving voice to what worries us, tapping on acupressure points around the body, we help to shift out focus and attention in to a clearer focus of how we would prefer to feel.
What is causing you a sense of loss right now?
Whatever situations within your life that are emotionally challenging right now, join me to learn how EFT can bring relief and help you build bridges and create calm at home.
If you can spend just 10 minutes a day with the process of EFT tapping you can begin to find a state of calm that can bring about great change.
This is what I'll be sharing with those who attend the online group session on Saturday.
Energy exchange is £11 per session or £39 for a month pass.

Jul 19th - Ease anxiety
This session is held weekly online via Zoom. If you would like to attend a physical group session these are held on Thursdays at SOUL Wellness Hub, Sowerby Bridge.
