A weekly space to gently reconnect with your body, quiet your mind and listen to your inner wisdom. These intuitively led meditation sessions are open to everyone, offering a heart-centred environment to rest, reflect, and feel more grounded.

✨ Please note: Monday Meditation sessions are for all who identify as women, Sundays are open to everyone ✨

No experience needed — just come as you are.
