Exploring Shotguns: Learn the Basics (SE OH)

Join the Division of Wildlife and the Athens Fish & Game Club on June 30th from 6 pm to 8:30 pm for a Basics of Shotguns class. Instructors will cover topics including the parts of a shotgun and their functions, proper firearm handling, shotgun ammunition, and proper shotgun shooting technique. This class will cover the basics of shooting shotguns safely and effectively on the target range. Participants will have the opportunity to shoot a variety of different shotgun types during the class. All equipment will be provided, including shotguns, ammunition, and targets. Participants are asked to only bring outside equipment with instructor approval.
