Did you miss the last Ladies Night at Muggs. Don’t worry, we’ve got another one planned with even more opportunities for creativity and connection.
Join us at Muggs Clayroom for a spiritual ladies evening. Jen will lead the first half, guiding us through a gentle movement practice that you can do seated or standing, a meditation and a mini sound healing session with the gong. Then Kim will take over and show us how to create a leaf bowl. Please bring a leaf, harvested gently from your favourite tree or bush, that is no bigger than your hand. Once your piece has dried you will be contacted so that you can pop in and glaze your own piece.
No need to bring a yoga mat, just wear comfy clothes and bring your water bottle and a bestie or two. This event usually sells out quickly so please register early.
