The nervous system is getting more and more attention AS IT SHOULD!! Using various myofascial tools in a small group environment, class participants will:

-Learn simple neuro-based drills that help calm your system, enhance body awareness, and improve coordination—so movement feels smoother and more natural.

-Activate key lymphatic pathways to decrease puffiness, reduce inflammation, and feel lighter and more energized—without needing intense exercise.

-Use targeted mobility techniques to free up tight joints, improve flexibility, and move with more ease—perfect for daily life or returning to activity after a break.

*Participants should feels comfortable with floor work as well as standing. We will address visceral & nervous system flow, therefore not recommended for pregnant individuals and those actively undergoing cancer treatment.
