Basic (and Extended) cheesemaking workshops

The Basic workshop will start at 10am & conclude around 3:00pm and the Extension workshop will directly follow, concluding around 5pm.

If you only attend the Basic workshop, we will make the following cheeses & you take home approximately 1kg of these cheeses:

• Farmhouse cheddar,
• Feta,
• Cottage,
• Halloumi,
• Ricotta &
• Paneer

If you also attend the Extension workshop, we will also make these additional cheeses & you will get to take home another 500g of these cheeses:

• Camembert,
• Mozzarella,
• Bocconcini,
• Mascarpone

Cost? The cost for the combined workshop is $199 and the Basic workshop only is $165.
