Fresh STRAWBERRY Pie Workshop! Leave with tips, tricks, and a pie ready to bake!

Coming June 28th at 2 pm! Join us at Studio 154 for this beginners pie making workshop! You will be guided through how to make your pie crust, fresh STRAWBERRY pie filling, and how to decorate the top of your pie with dough cut outs and lattice. This class is instructed by Chantel and Peyton from our Sourdough workshops!
In this class, you will learn:
How to make fresh strawberry filling
How to assemble your pie with fresh Strawberry filling
How to roll out dough
How to make a flakey pie dough
How to decorate the top of your pie with a lattice top
You will leave the workshop with
Pastry dough and Strawberry filling recipe (emailed to you)
An 9 inch Strawberry pie to be baked at home or frozen for a later date
Tips and tricks to create delicious filling and flaky crust for every pie you bake!
Pictures are for display purposes only. Chantel and Peyton will talk you through pie details in any picture shown, but for efficiency, you will be guided by them in terms of design to create the lattice pie design.
