Get ready for take-off! The Squamish Flying Club is thrilled to announce the second annual Discover Aviation Day at the Squamish Airport/Don Patrick Field!
Ever dreamed of soaring through the skies? This is your chance! We're inviting all young adventurers, ages 8 to 18, to come explore the amazing world of aviation at this fun filled event.
Volunteer pilots from the Squamish Flying Club will be offering FREE flights on a first-come, first-served basis. While flights are weather dependent, we'll still have aircraft on display rain or shine. Plus, there will be other fun activities for kids as well as a tasty food truck on site to keep your crew fueled up.
Here's the flight plan:
Date: Saturday, July 5
Registration opens: 9:30 AM
Flights take off: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
